A WORD OF CAUTION TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS-- Please note that we have experienced some issue getting END stevia into some of the European countries-- especially Italy and on a couple occasions- Germany & Spain. If you decide to brave the uncertainty of these times and the tight customs for your country, then expect long delays up to 2-3 months to receive your product. Once a package has left our hands, we have no control over its passage and safe arrival to its destination. Because of some negative experiences, it is now our practice to insure all international packages for your peace of mind. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to convo me.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS-- We have experienced a couple lost packages in thousands that are sent. However, in the past 9 months we have experienced multiple packages that are delayed, sometimes by weeks and even months. We do not know the reason why this is happening. To our domestic customers our standard is to ship stevia via USPS First Class to keep the cost low. If you prefer to insure your package then you need to select PRIORITY shipping at check out. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that when shipped First Class mail, we have no recourse if a package is delayed or lost. It is completely out of our hands and any loss is the customer's responsibility.
